Enter the Spring Snaps Competition:
🌟 Share your photo of “people or nature” enjoying Buller during Spring on social media.
🌟 Set your post to public, like and tag @Buller NZ to enter.
🌟 No social media? No problem! Email your photo to us at bullersnaps@gmail.com and we’ll share it for you.

📅 Dates: October 1st – November 30th 2026
🏆 Prizes: A mix of cool experiences, family-friendly treats, youth-specific rewards in voucher form so they are easy to give out.

Spring Snaps Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to all ages.
   • Participants under 16 years of age must have parental or guardian approval to enter.
2. How to Enter:
   • Share your photo(s) on social media with the privacy setting on public and tag @BullerNZ, or
   • Email your photo(s) to the provided email address with your full name and contact details (email or phone).
3. Photo Guidelines:
   • Photos must be taken within the Buller District this spring.
   • Content must feature “people or nature” around Buller.
   • Only candid, raw, or everyday shots will be considered. Staged or overly edited photos are not eligible.
   • You may submit multiple entries.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights:
   • By entering, you grant Promoting Buller Inc. permission to use your photo(s) in promotional activities, including but not limited to social media, print materials, and digital campaigns.
   • Photographers retain copyright of their images.
5. Judging Criteria:
   • Photos will be judged on the following:
     • Connection to the Buller District.
     • Candid and natural representation of the subject.
     • Overall creativity and visual appeal.
   • The judges’ decision is final.
6. Prizes:
   • A mix of prizes will be awarded.
   • Winners are limited to one prize per person.
   • Prizes will be announced via the Buller NZ Facebook page.
7. Winner Notification:
   • Winners will be contacted via the social media platform used to submit their photo or via email/phone if entered by email.
8. Competition Dates:
   • The competition runs from October 1st 2026, to November 30th 2026.
   • Entries submitted outside of these dates will not be considered.
9. Disqualification:
   • Photos that do not comply with the entry guidelines, are deemed offensive, or are submitted without appropriate permissions (e.g., parental consent for minors) may be disqualified.
10. Privacy:
    • Personal information provided will only be used for competition-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
11. Liability:
    • Promoting Buller Inc. accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
    • Entrants must ensure they have permission to share images of any individuals featured in their photos.
12. Modification or Cancellation:
    • Promoting Buller Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
